Ota Ward is implementing a “Digital Accompanying Support” project to help privately-run stores in the ward introduce digital tools. The initiative aims to attract new customers and increase repeat customers by opening official LINE accounts, distributing coupons, and introducing reservation functions. In the past, many of the stores that received support have reported results such as “increased sales” and “improved business efficiency by introducing a reservation system.” In fiscal 2024, 11 stores received this support, and it is expected that restaurants will continue to attract more customers.
